Hello, Bob here from Bobs Bargain Outlets. We run a small family owned and family operated business. I started selling from my garage and eventually opened a store front in a local mall filled with general merchandise and have branched out to buying not only general merchandise but commercial goods as well. Commercial slicers, ovens, sinks, rotisseries, break slicers, prep tables, juice machines, coffee machines and so much more! I have expended from a small store front to multiple warehouses and now online where I hope our BARGAIN prices and friendly approach will help us continue the growth! We buy by the tractor trailer and do our very best to test and inspect items. If we know something doesn't work we will be sure to include that in the condition. The item was described to be in fine working condition. I received the item and at first I thought it was ok. It was not until I turned the volume of the speaker up mid to high range that I realized one of the speakers seem to be blown and it sounds terrible. I requested a refund for a faulty item and the seller denied my request after stating in the listing that it was in fine working condition! This seller does not have a lot of integrity by selling faulty product then denying refunds.

We have outstanding customer service and feedback outlining our customer first approach time and time again; this buyer purchased this item then almost 2 MONTHS after decided they wanted a refund?!?! We have and always will work with a buyer if a problem is present upon delivery, days and even a week after but over 7 weeks then a negative for not refunding a used item in buyers' possession for 7 weeks? Sellers beware of this buyer and other buyer scams!
