    DISAPPOINTED, not "new" as described; this filter is old, open packaging, leaking carbon; at best is should be described as "like new"; broken packaging , AND OLD AND seller would not let me leave a negative comment for 7 days; that is why it is under positive;

    Upon reading this feedback, we apologized and immediately issued a full refund. We sold it for a neighbor, something we shy away from for reasons such as this. We weren't contacted and given the chance to rectify the problem. All's well now.
