  I received something other than what I ordered, and messaged the seller. The seller responded within an hour, and immediately sent out the set that I ordered. It was packaged well and shipped immediately. Anyone can make a mistake, but this seller immediately fixed it and continually communicated with me about the status of the shipment.   Quick shipping. Packaging was lazy for someone who specializes in bobbles. Two new looking paint chips as a result. Was described as new in original box, but definitely isn’t. No foam that normally comes with a new bobblehead. I paid extra for it to be as described (new) and got swindled, definitely not a good value. I took a gamble and got burnt.. beware! I’m keeping it as a reminder of a lesson learned, but won’t buy from them in the future.
