Not what I expected, but the seller quickly owned the mistake and offered a partial refund if I kept it or a swap for the correct item. I chose to keep it since it looks and works just like the original. Great customer service! Docking one star because it was the wrong item, but overall I'm happy with the outcome.

    10/10. The package got lost in the mail at first and I was already skeptical of the vendor. But after informing the vendor of the lost package, they not only shipped another one immediately but, it seems like they paid for extremely fast shipping. I initially bought a refurbished massage gun but the vendor also said they sent out a brand new version because of my inconvenience. The gun feels great and the price was fantastic (1/4 of competitors). 10/10 would recommend to anyone

    This was supposed to be and arrived visibly used. When starting a return the seller told Ebay they gave me a shipping label within 2 days. It's been several days and they still didn't actually send me one. When contacting them for a 2nd time they did respond and say why do yoy want to return, again not giving me a return label for the USED product. Absolutely 100% do not buy from this seller. Very poor customer service and dishonest listing. A shame because B&B products are usually great.
