    At first the product did not have the right hardware to secure the cables inside. Mercury uses standard screws and this product uses M4 metric. I was able to message the company on a saturday and they shipped everything i needed on monday. So the customer service was pretty good. This is a good aftermarket for a Mercury control box. It's for Gen 2 cables. Only time will tell how long it holds up but everything seems ok and well built. For the value, it's worth giving it a shot.

    It was a little hard to accurately track the shipment but it was not available problem, it arrived on time. The box was badly ripped and opened looked to be missing parts but not installing yet , I will find out this weekend if weather permits. But it was a reasonable price.
