  Dead-beat seller. Paid immediately, with offer. Seller accepted offer and has refused to ship or even create a shipping label. You're *SELLING* something, I paid you, and you cannot even ship. This behavior is the bane of eBay. I reached out 2 times to inquire *politely* why my item was not shipped. Seller has issued refund. Thanks - no thanks. Now I have to go back shopping, and wait again for a shipment.
