Really fantastic seller. Great communicator. They packaged everything so carefully (plastic wrap, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, foam sides, cord around box) but unfortunately that statue was so delicate it broke. They helped me get a refund within minutes. I would absolutely work with them again, I felt really taken care of. It was the best outcome in an unfortunate situation. Thank you again for your care and attention, I couldn’t have asked for more.
