    Bluetti US would get 11 stars out of 10 if that were possible. The Customer Service is Fantastic and ALWAYS gave very quick responses. When my AC200 Max developed problems, Bluetti US was more than happy to give me a FULL refund, instead of shipping back and forth. AND, when I received my Refurbished AC300 and B300 K, I found that the battery was a totally BRAND NEW BATTERY. I bought 2 B330K's in the past as Refurbished and they arrived with not a mar or scuff, they work great with the AC300
