    The item was not as described. The case arrived with stains and marks, and they were clearly on there before they shipped it to me. I provided photo proof and the seller first told me to clean if off with soap and water. The seller stated that customer satisfaction was their top priority but they were not able to fix the problem. I asked if they would be willing to issue a small partial refund so we both did not have to go through the troubles of a full refund/return and they said no.

    Nice patch, and fast shipping. Background color looks light blue in the picture (main reason I ordered this one) but it was just a tint in the picture, the actual patch is white. Actual shipping was 69 cents postage in a letter size envelope, but I was charged $3.25 shipping - I guess is one of those ways to make the price asked look like a bargain. But it is OK, total price was $8.03.
