    My original feedback for this item was negative because this (new) seller did not respond when the product was defective. Since the product was a battery, and batteries often go wrong, the only issue I had was that the seller did not respond to messages. A couple of weeks after eBay issued the refund, the seller hounded me to revise the feedback, and I am now doing so - everyone deserves a second chance. I could not give this seller a positive review, but an upgrade to neutral seemed fair.
