  Item looks new condition, just as described. The price was very reasonable. The packaging received slight damage during it's shipping, but item was well packed and no damage occurred. The shipping price was fair.

  The item arrived with a broken pump due to the poor packing. Seller stuffed a bunch of plastic grocery bags for cusion. That didn't help preventing the damage. I contacted the seller asking for a new working pump or a partial refund so I can purchase a pump separately (not even sure if that's would work with the bottle but better than using is with out a pump.) Seller responded with, I should get a refund via pay-pal. Not-impress with the after sale service. Product as described though.
