    Received a Valeo Clutch Kit that arrived Damaged. Box was sealed and no way for seller to know it was damaged. I believe this was due to poor package/padding design from manufacturer (no padding between flywheel, clutch disk or pressure plate). Seller accepted the return and issued refund. Thank you again.

    Highly recommended seller, seller made every attempt to promptly mail this item to me, but the USPS had other ideas. After a sightseeing trip up and down the coast the package arrived at my doorstep today, Jan. 24 after the initial purchase on Jan. 10. To the buyers credit the item was packaged wonderfully and was not damaged and was received in perfect condition. I will not give the seller a bad review on shipping as it was out of his or her hands. Thank you for a lovely product.

    As described, packaging could have been better. Seller used shipping bag not a box to ship a boxed oil filter. Luckily no damage to the oil filter, but risky.
