  I placed an order and then one day i was wondering when it would arrive. I checked and they had canceled the order and refunded it. Not totally sure what happened but I totally appreciate not having to deal with a problem myself with a missing order and they did everything to correct the issue they could. Bummed I didn't get the ring, but not a big deal. Would call this good customer service.
