  Backpacks look great and look like excellent quality. I ordered six for Christmas gifts and only received five. I contacted seller and they said they would send me the missing one. They had sold out since I placed my order and immediately asked if a refund for the missing one was ok. I was still able to order it in time for Christmas and this seller was willing to work with me every way possible to make that happen. Great products and great customer service.
