The LeCruset salt and pepper grinders were listed as ‘used’ when they should have been accurately described as broken, nonfunctional, or damaged. It was impossible for them to not know it was broken before they sent it. The pepper mill is completely useless and the seller states “does not accept returns.” Ha! I bet not! This rotten Seller also stated in the description that the item “ships free,” but then charged me $11.45 shipping. What a scam artist! Buyer beware!

I received no communication from seller until I saw the negative feedback. I immediately messaged them and offered to have them.return the item and I would refund the money. I have had no response to that communication. I am more than happy to accept the return if there is a problem that occurred during shipping. The grinders were both mailed in working condition. I try very hard to make sure all my buyers are happy with their products. A simple message is all it takes to fix a problem .
