    The shipping was fast but the kettle was simply placed in a paper bag with no amount of cushioning, and the lid was not separated leading it to shatter in shipping. A simply shipping mistake but a little more packing material might have saved this item. The item would have came as expected though for a good value, and the seller was quick to refund in a matter in minutes. Thank you.

    The sellers communication was amazing 5 stars. i will buy again from this seller. USPS FAILED TO DELIVER. It's not the sellers fault USPS is incompetent. USPS should be ashamed of themselves for shafting this seller and my order. Well be going through the motions to get the insurance back for the item USPS lost. Once again these sellers are amazing and they're amazing when communicating.
