  Just as described, shipped fast in polyvinyl shipping envelope (in an inner plastic bag for protection) and at a very reasonable cost. This hat is just what I was looking for to knock around outside doing chores during colder months, etc. Good value for my money, as it’s in such EUC it seems like new!   Great seller! Item was as described but got lost in the US mail. The seller communicated the problem clearly & then had USPS open an investigation. Throughout, the seller kept the communication line open, so I knew what was happening. Thankfully, USPS found the package & got it back on track -- it took a HUGE detour/sightseeing trip. Anyway, I received the item & was very appreciative that the seller was on top of the situation. Would definitely buy again from this seller.
