I purchased this radio being my first Moto radio. Eventually I figured it out but I’m pleased to say the radio is amazing! Obvious wear but no major scratches, dings, or dents. Mine came muted and with a DOA battery, let the seller know and he told me what happened and even offered to replace the battery knowing it was an AS IS item! This requires Astro Saber and XTS 3000 CPS (not Astro 25) I used version R05.03.00 and a RIB-less program cable and Windows XP x32 bit - Panasonic Toughbook CF-19

The Condition and Price of the Item !! The Packing for delivery was SUPER !!!! This is the 2nd one I purchased because, I screwed up the first one. NOTE: Do NOT take the programming cable off until it’s FULLY PROGRAMED AND RESETS THE RADIO !!!!! I accidentally removed my programming cable and “Bricked” my first radio. Bricked= Damaged and cannot program because it lost connection during programming !!!!! So save yourself some money and HEARTACHE !!
