    A little miscommunication on getting the item ultimately delivered by Amazon courier with the 6 digit code that kept expiring on us before it could be used to validate recipient info.     Ordered from this U. S. seller even though it was 12 - 15 dollars more thinking I would get sooner. Their promise time came and went and they never sent it out. I sent several emails, they replied back several times that it was already processed and ready send. I had to contact Ebay with a not received notice and that I still wanted the item and they still had 3 listed, but after 3 more days I got a refund. Not happy with this seller! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SELLER!

    Bought on the 9th, estimated delivery 13th - 20th. Shipped from Amazon on the 19th, arrived 21st. After purchase you learn it's untracked - to you. Checking USPS site showed shipped from a location 150 miles away. No communication from seller after purchase, normally you at least get a "thank you" email. Item is factory boxed, shipped in a barely padded brown Amazon envelope. Hope the product is better than the merchant...
