    The seller sent me a non-functioning hard drive, and when I sent messages to resolve it I got no response nor offer to refund or exchange the bad unit. I would not recommend buying from this seller because the merchandise is unreliable and there is no response if you have a problem with a purchase.

    We have replied your message on Monday and you don't want to wait to solve the issue. Every hard drive we have tested and formatted before shipping process. We open Monday to Friday and can't work with you on weekends. Please understand and don't leave the negative feedback before we solve the issue. We have sold almost 7 same type of hard drives and have good feedback.

    The seller only responded after they received negative feedback, but before that they were silent even after attempts were made to appeal to them and waiting for a reply. If the seller really wanted to resolve this then they should have responded and either offered a replacement unit or a refund rather than being silent. You see, it doesn't matter how many good units you sell as much as it is does how you handle a bad unit sold. If you really want to make this right then just refund me.
