      Top was not poplin, but poor used rag kind of top. When I let the seller know it she did not care to correct it. For the total spent, shipping, tax and price it is possible to get two of the name brand tops in great shape at Goodwill, estate sales, garage sales. Very arrogant seller who does not care to work it out.

      Your complaint is not valid. All you simply had to do was read the description as it was stated in TWO different places POPLIN TUNIC is the style and weave type. Not fabric content POPLIN IS NOT A FABRIC TYPE. It clearly stated in the description COTTON & RAYON. I am not arrogant, you are in fact naive for thinking that you can talk to people however you want simply because you wanted to keep the top AND get a refund. Simply put try someone else, not me.
