  Everything was great no fault on their own the deliverer left the package in the lobby where it could be stolen. I saw three people eyeball in it within 20 minutes. They did not deliver to my door product work great I will buy again and again it was reasonably priced and I received it no fault on Bissell just on the deliverer.

  Had issue with shipping but was promptly resolved. Once item arrived I was very pleased packed well item works beyond what was expected also as soon as I purchased from the vendor the only other competitors adds for same product were $$20 more w/o warranty and no cleaning solution.   Product was described perfectly. Price was awesome. Unfortunately a few hiccups with delivery. I contacted the seller and I was so surprised by the kindness and professionalism that was shown to correct the error of the delivery driver. They immediately shipped out another.
