  Seller was way late with delivery. After 2 weeks I canceled the order. They sent it anyways. To their credit they did give me a refund however they charged me for shipping. I was expecting a full refund.

  The order was placed on April 29, 2025. The order was shipped the following day and delivery tracking shows delivery on May 3, 2025, 4 days after the order was placed. We have no control over when a customer checks their mailbox. Subsequently, the order was physically returned, not canceled, and arrived back on May 9. The whole process of delivery and return was less than 2 weeks. This claim is innacurate.
