We are a small family business with over 40 years of retail experience, dealing mainly in liquidation pallets from Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, Target, Wal-Mart and Costco. We take great pride in customer satisfaction. We inspect every product we sale, we try to always ship as soon as possible every product we sale and try to answer every question as soon possible also. We strongly believe in having empathy, accountability and honesty.

    Hat was received in a timely manner. Upon receiving I immediately tried to resize hat to fit. Several of the nubs separated from the hat making resizing impossible. I quickly contacted the seller with pictures and explained that the hat was unusable. I was notified almost immediately that I would be refunded. Received the refund the following day. I appreciate that the seller rectified the issue immediately. I do not believe that they could have known the nubs would separate.
