Part was as described and packed well but my 92 year old dad, who only drives car for essential groceries, needed to wait an addl 2 weeks for it while shipper refused to take an earlier offer only $5, less than what he accepted! My dad is on fixed income. Congrats on the 5 extra dollars in his businesses till. I hope when he is 92 (God willing), he deals w folks a bit more compassionate than him.

The dealer has specified there are no returns for this purchase. When I receive my order it was a driver seat air bag. My Versa model is identical with what the seller displays in his add. My Versa 2014 does not come with a driver seat air bag. I thought the item he advertised was the steering wheel air bag. I paid the man over 179 dollars for this item which is useless. I requested he accept my return & I would buy the steering column air bag from him. He ignored my request, kept my money. Scam
