  The seller initially mentioned a screen issue, but this device has had a persistent power problem. Since it arrived and for days now, it hasn’t powered on properly. When I reached out to the seller, they claimed the issue was disclosed in the description, but there was absolutely no mention of power problems. He said to factory reset it repeatedly just to get it to work. This lack of transparency is disappointing and bad business practice.
