  Fed Ex messed up on the delivery of my package so the seller is very actively working to assist me. He should have the highest rating as this is not his fault-- it s a Fed Ex problem. I appreciate his refunding my money even though it s a loss to him and most of all, his pursuit of FedEx. I would definitely buy from him again!
