    This was the 2nd of these jacks that I ordered from Torin, because the first one was missing the handle, which they quickly refunded me in full for just a missing handle! This jack got lost by FedEx, who couldn't find it even after I opened a case & a month-long search ensued. The seller refunded me in full AGAIN without hesitation as soon as the pkg was lost! This is a GREAT company to deal with! I ended up ordering a 3rd jack, this time a double-ram, but it also had a missing handle. 5* seller

    Initially received an email noting that the 4-ton Big Red Bottle Jack I ordered was damaged and no more in stock. The seller offered me the 6-ton Jack at the same price and the same brand. Overall, the experience is positive, that Jack arrived in the mail today exactly as they said it would brand new in a plastic hard carrying case.

    What a saga. Originally purchased 12 March. Was told what I ordered was NLA (Black TCE Jack) so accepted a Big Red (which was supposedly identical though less expensive?!?) Jack finally arrived -- without a handle! Took a LOT of back-and-forth (would I accept a discount in place of a handle--NO! Can't use jack without a handle!) to finally get a handle which arrived today, 30 April. I'm giving a positive rating but I would NOT buy from this seller again because of this experience.

    Good deal, good price, super fast shipper..box arrived torn in multiple locations this is of course the shippers fault. The item was fine however I recommend sender may want to wrap with a little more tape to help keep it together. Overall very satisfied and would use merchant again
