Overall, the experience is positive, that Jack arrived in the mail today exactly as they said it would brand new in a plastic hard carrying case.

    What a saga. Originally purchased 12 March. Was told what I ordered was NLA (Black TCE Jack) so accepted a Big Red (which was supposedly identical though less expensive?!?) Jack finally arrived -- without a handle! Took a LOT of back-and-forth (would I accept a discount in place of a handle--NO! Can't use jack without a handle!) to finally get a handle which arrived today, 30 April. I'm giving a positive rating but I would NOT buy from this seller again because of this experience.
