  I bought what was meant to be a brand new replica badge shown in sealed packaging with a chain and I received a loose badge no packaging scuffed up on the front and back and no chain... Definitely not new.

  The product itself was fantastic but had to be sent twice. The first envelope arrived with one key in it and envelope all ripped. The second envelope arrived in the same condition but the postie had all the keys. Please change your packaging. I had sent photos to the seller. They replied after 2 messages and sent new ones.
