  The seller is fantastic! I had a small problem with the antenna and it was not their fault. They kindly refunded enough to buy a replacement. First they offered a full refund with a return label, but I finally determined the problem was a defective antenna. So the perfect solution was a partial refund so I could replace it and not have to return my newly programmed radio. Very happy so I'm saving them as a favorite and will certainly buy from them again if the opportunity arises.

  Item arrived new and unused. Had some issues with it but seller was very knowledgeable and shared all information to help. As with anything you can get items that aren’t absolutely perfect directly from manufacturer, not blaming seller. Family has purchased from this seller previously so items are quality. Pros: knowledgeable seller, easy to communicate with, caring and concern if any issues, quality products. Cons: shipping costs, however, everything costs more these days.

  Defective items from this seller. Communication horrible as well. For the value this item is trash, so don’t buy it don’t throw your money.  the quality and appearance looks good but it’s junk. The condition, horrible junk don’t waste your money on the seller.  I do not recommend this seller or the item trash that they sent. I tried to get a refund and they did not refund my money so now I’m stuck with this trash that they sent me.

  We already send you the return label to you.why not keep your words to return it? we sell many of this,almost friends use it well.after receive it,told us can't change the language and can't pair it.all can find the answer in the use guide.we try our best to send you the vedios to you and solve it.then after days,contact us want to return,after we buy the return label for him,but not return it.be away from this buyer.
