  For the price I got, it was a good deal. The packaging that it came in was questionable, but the CPUs came in relatively good condition, with only one having schmuck on the pins. I wish that the packaging was a little bit better.

  Sorry this buyer perception was neutral. Buyer stated “a good deal”. The price buyer got was - essentially free - net loss for seller - buyer paid $2.99 -total- for an item that cost over $4 to ship. Not sure what was questionable about packaging. Items delivered in proper packaging safely intact with no damage. Again. Can’t please everyone but that’s the goal. Note: only neutral and negative rating we have received in the last 12 months was also for something(s) not seller control.
