    Laptop was shipped promptly and was packaged safely so nothing could be damaged in transport. The laptop itself is really nice and works wonderfully, it looks premium, and even though it’s an older laptop, runs perfectly well. I did have a small issue unrelated to laptop performance but a small mark that I needed assistance with and they answered almost immediately with great service and help. I got the issue resolved and am happy with my purchase. If I need another I’ll be back : )

I needed a docking station to simplify my computing experience as I have dual monitors and a printer I wanted to connect. The product arrived in a well packaged envelope. The product is in good shape and looks fairly new. It came with all the items described on the listing. Simple to set up and worked. No troubleshooting other then display settings. It is a older dock but does the job and saves you money. Recommend.
