    The Seller advertised the Receiver as NEW but it was used. I contacted the seller and he responded immediately. He expressed how sorry he was and that he didn t know. I believed him. He asked me what I wanted to do. I could return it or he can give me a partial refund. I chose the partial refund and he gave me a 50% refund which was a great final price for this receiver that was used. I am happy with the seller and the product even know it is used.
