  Very high quality, all items were shipped with great care and none were damaged. I had an error on my part with my shipping address, so the package was shipped out to me and then before it reached me it returned to the seller, but seller kept up consistent updates and were very polite and even gave full refund!   This was a gift for my niece, who just loved it! She had told me it was her favorite beetle and she was so excited to receive it, was thrilled that it was in such perfect condition, and said she would enjoy learning how to pin it into a frame. I was really impressed with how it arrived!   Seller allowed me to return the black widow spider because I was displeased with the coloring. The red diamond was faded and looked more brown than red. The item arrived packaged well. There were no broken pieces or damage. The seller’s communication was prompt and courteous. I was able to return the spider and received a refund. Very happy with the seller.
