  My order arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged, it just took longer than any of my usual orders coming from Japan, I had a little bit of problem with the tracking of my order but the seller reassured me that my order is on the way, probably since it was sent through Japan post it got held longer in Chicago sorting facility I heard a lot of delays from that place; I just need some patience.

  My packaged was never shipped. Seller communicated that they are sorry item is not available and would give me a refund. I had to contact eBay to get my refund. I am so disappointed that it’s not available but then I saw that the item is still available on their sellers sale item for $20 more. I attempted to contact them several times but was told they are sorry they didn’t see the message. I was really hoping to work with them and support their business.

  I'm sorry that my way of communicating was difficult to understand. We have informed you that this item is in stock and can be shipped. Since I received a cancellation request, I thought that I no longer needed the product. Therefore, I have raised the price and relisted it, but if you wish to purchase it again, I will lower the price. I am sorry for making you feel uncomfortable this time.
