Welcome to Capt. Ken Tutalo's Custom Fishing Flies. Capt. Ken has been tying and designing flies for over 50 years. Capt. Ken has been a Fly Fishing Outfitter that has specialized in Guided Fishing Trips and Instruction for over 2 decades. Ken has had a small Fly shop in Roscoe NY that operates under the name, Baxter House Outfitters. This shop is well known for Innovative Custom Fly Patterns and the finest guide staff in the region. Capt. Ken splits his time between guiding the famous Trout waters of the Upper Delaware River and the Tampa Bay Estuary. Both his fresh water and salt water fly patterns are available in this store.We are also authorized dealers for TFO Fly Rods, Wapsi, Hareline, Dr. Slick, Regal, and more....
