They were packed in the shoebox, inside a plastic USPS bag. That was all the packaging needed. They were brand new as described. I got a box for my neighbor instead of my order since Amazon was used as the delivery company and the driver cannot read addresses. All is well that ends well and I did get the box with my goods a day later. The price was great and the items are as listed. These are new, are brand name and look great. The email support is responsive so overall I am pleased. DSR=5 in the end.
