  The seller was good with communication, responding by the end of the work day… answering my concerns on being charged full shipping for multiple items won from automatic checkout auctions. Refunds were promised and, in good time, processed. The package was damaged in transit (torn open), but the cards were well packed and no damages taken. They arrived earlier than the given expected time and as advertised.

  I won an item in a no reserve auction. This seller messaged me several hours later stating that they refuse to go through with the sale citing a bogus reason. Claimed I made an unreasonable demand which is a complete lie as shown by the screenshots attached. Seller should not be selling on eBay since they feel they have a right to back out of a legally binding results of no reserve auctions. They also have a history of poor attitude towards buyers as shown by follow-up feedback they left others.

  Luckily i went with my gut feeling that this transaction would not go smoothly and lead to a headache. Fyi for future purchases, do not instruct the seller how to ship an item... We're fully aware how to do our job and wouldn't ship a package out in the retailers box... little common sense goes a long ways

  Update: Seller left a follow-up comment that is non sense. Below is the note I left at the time of sale for the seller. It is completely reasonable. It in NO WAY justifies the cancelation. Seller has been reported... "Please include the new part with retail box as pictured. Please do not alter the retail box or part number label on the box. I need to receive the box with part number label intact. I will leave positive feedback once it arrives as described. Thank you and have a great afternoon!"
