  Great communication from the seller. I had bought from them before, but the had to get a refund due to the item not being in stock. Super fast shipping. If getting mailed to the U.S., expect a customs delay of about 4 days, and the being contacted for the ridiculous import fees. I would by from the seller again and I highly recommend!!!

  I was hesitant to make a big purchase from ebay and an overseas seller but at time of purchase DJI and others were out of stock. I had a trip that I wanted to make use of this drone, not knowing how long everywhere else was going to be out, I made the purchase. The Air 3S arrived a couple weeks later after customs and was exacly as described, brand new still factory shrink wrapped, all serial numbers match and verified from DJI website. If you need to make a purchase this is your seller.

  eBay said shipped Aug 3 but tracking says the package wasn’t collected until Aug 12, so it took a little while to receive. They wrapped the box in bubble wrap and tape, some damage to the box inside but thankfully I don’t care about the box. It is still new/sealed. I would buy from this seller again.

  Drone was in Excellent condition, Box, not so much but fortunately the seller must have known because the whole box was wrapped in bubble wrap! Arrived in a week. I’m pleased with the purchase but beware of DUTY CHARGE! They don’t mention it until DHL sends a text demanding Duty Charge within 5 days or it’s going back. $270!
