    The item was packaged properly, but the shipping company looked like they were rough on the box. Regardless, the product came in undamaged. The product condition was as described and seen in the pictures. The quality of all the components were beautiful. The product does actually power on and it does work. The cartridge slot needs a little TLC and one controller needs some TLC, however, it's a beautiful working piece of equipment that even comes with the box. Thank you!
