  First, communication. Prior to purchase sent request to vendor, his response was accurate and almost immediately. Second, product. I needed a specific size golf impact screen, this was almost exactly. I hadn't thought about, but found it also needed to be pretty light. Vendor's response gave me informi needed. Third, delivery. While system stated it would approx 7 days for delivery. Contacted vendor, he allowed product would be there in two days, it was. It's early, but 100% satisfied now

  Do NOT believe item description!It says it will hold up to 160 lbs in description!Upon receiving this item, we found both the box and the manual states capacity of only 120 lbs.We specifically ordered this to transport our 2 Himiway e-bikes weighing 155 lbs total. Upon deliver, we discovered the truth. This bike rack is not sturdy enough! We contacted the seller and got little help. They would not admit to the false advertising in the description and wanted us to return at our cost. BUYER BEWARE
