  Quickly reached out about health concerns on auction that I won, gave me options that allowed me to pick a few strains I wanted. Not sure if it is "high quality" but for the price I paid, it was worth it. Packaging was done with care, order also came 2 days earlier than expected. Only complaint is one guppy had a bent spine. All in all a great experience, I will order again IF all my fish survive the next month. Ignore the bad reviews and give them a chance to make it right to you.

  Bad. I do not recommend. Ordered these and another 20, all came DOA. Box was not prepared for weather conditions. I paid $19 for fish( 40 total) and a total of $46 for shipping. The box i received was very poorly prepared. Bubble wrap, and a heat pack. No idea if it was a 72 hour pack or just a 6 hour pack for your hands. Shipped from Cali to Ohio, in regular bags. Very bad seller, communication was also very poor. Never sent me refund, not even for fish. Also tried to blame USPS for packaging.

  Seller will not refund your shipping charges. My shipping was $24. The shrimp were DOA. Seller only refund the cost of the shrimp. For me that was $3.50. I do not recommend this seller. Shipping is way over priced for what I received. One small heat pack and some what looked like junk mail flyers and the packaging for the heat pack. The seller did not offer to replace the shrimp or refund the overpriced shipping

Each fish is placed in a secure, oxygenated bag and packed with insulation to maintain the right temperature heat pack during transit. We also work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery , only refund your fish price , when you go to store buy something and you don't like it, the store only refund your money back, they didn't refund gas , oil and your time

  Very good Seller! Item exactly as described. The seller picked the best time frame for shipping a live fish, packaged it expertly with thermal wraps and the tropical fish arrived in the middle of January with its water temperature at 73 degrees . Very Good! Highly recommended!
