  John is an exceptional vendor! He quickly addressed all issues with my unit and sent the fixed product back to me in the promised timeframe. Not only did he do this, but he communicated with me and answered all of my questions very promptly. John cares about his customers and he backs his work with a year long warranty; not that I expect to have to use it but confident that he will do so if needed. I would use John again without hesitation should the need arise. His price is fair for the work.

  Purchasing this Bose system with Bluetooth included was a five star experience! The seller was exceptionally helpful. He answered questions promptly and shipped my purchase promptly. It was packed well and arrived in mint condition as advertised. I told John I would prefer a different color than advertised and he was able to provide it.   I've had four transactions with John in recent weeks and couldn't be happier. He's an honest repairman and seller who provides good products and service. This transaction I sent him a nonfunctioning CD changer that I was sadly planning to throw away. He returned it quickly, well-packed, and working like new (and with extras!).   Initialy purchased Wave had some issues despite being well packaged. Seller promptly shipped a replacement with return postage. For the price, this seller's products are beyond compare.... and the warranty service is exactly as described and honored. I highly recommend this seller. Item was a pleasure working with him

  VERY rarely do we have an issue with a reconditioned product, but we are talking about a used product, so 1 or 2 may get through.. BUT the issue is PROMPLY addressed.
