This seller is the best to deal with !!! The fish arrived healthy and almost identical to the picture. I am very pleased with the purchase and will look here first for any future purchases !!! They were shipped very professionally. Each fish was bagged separately inside a styrofoam box with a heat pack. They are still coloring up and already look great. Messages were answered quickly and they were a pleasure to deal with !!!

-6 were DOA however the ones that were alive were healthy
-the seller also included an ice pack in the package but I think the heat was too hot due to being mid july
-the seller was great at communication throughout the shipment, took precautionary steps to make sure the shrimps arrived safely, just weather was out of our control and who knows how shipping handled the package
-seller also refunded for the DOA shrimps without any issues
-would recommend this seller and buy from them again

First order of shrimp showed up very well packaged but sadly all were D.O.A. contacted seller with pictures and they quickly responded and had replacements sent out promptly. Out of the new six were alive and healthy and one looked like it was on death row. After acclimating them I released the six into community tank and the sick one to quarantine tank. The sick one is now up and about with full recovery. Seller has made every attempt to keep updated and help any way possible. A+ seller!

I order 5 pairs of guppy for 129.90$ and when it arrived , it dead 3 guppy. I did not open shipping bag and took pictures to report the seller. He/she return me only 12.33$ in total. I thought 129.90/10 (fish)= 12.99$ for 1, and dead 3 = 38.97$ for the return. Hope you won’t get this situation like me guy. I bought from this seller 3-4 time before , thought I can trust them but can not

I never received my package. This was not the sellers fault. It arrived in my town but UPS just never delivered it. I told the seller about it and he refunded me the total amount paid. They didn't have to do that because they did everything that was expected from them. Excellent communication and customer service. Very honest seller and I highly recommend them. I do plan on buying additional items from them in the future. Thanks for your awesome respect for your customers experience and value!
