  Item was not shipped in what should have been a timely manner. Declined request for cancellation. Purchased Jan. 10, sellers were away until Jan 28, but accepted my bid and payment. By Feb 5 the order had not been shipped. I requested to cancel transaction, but seller declined, stating “I waited too long” to cancel, which is bs. I wanted to cancel because they had not shipped. There was no communication other than to decline cancellation. I had to contact PP to refund as eBay wasn’t much help.
