    Not as described. Listed as new however both heating baseboards had scratches and abrasions. One had rust the other didn’t even have the original box. Returned both. Seller agreed to accept the return then only refunded half the money back. Seller cheated me out of $140.90. Unfortunately I can only add 5 photos. Plenty more scratches and blemishes to show. I have been an eBay member for almost 18 years and never had a problem like this. Very dishonest seller. I don’t recommend this seller.
