  The actual pens were missing. All that the package contained was the paper cases! This was not at all as the item was described. Very poor quality and the seller wouldn't reimburse me the full amount. I was only refunded about a third of the original cost. Beware of this seller. I would certainly not buy from them again.

  This item arrived well within the time period allocated. Neat packaging and in good condition. It is difficult at this stage to comment further as I haven't had the product long enough to see if it does what it says.
