    In the advertisement it states "orders usually arrive in 5 days". FALSE ADVERTING! I placed this order 5/10. This item has not been shipped - I asked when I ordered when it would be shipped - stated about 10 days and stated it was in stock. Today is 5/26 and they are not responding to my request for information nor has the item been shipped according to the information I can access on ebay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

    Hello, Per our eBay listings, we request a 30 day handling time for all the order you place. We shipped out the order before the 30 day handling time we advertise. Not sure how you saw the "5 days" but we do not advertise that. We also replied to all of your emails with the same answer. Best of Backyard

    I ordered the Lion natural gas double burner, but received the propane version. I asked if a conversion kit could be sent out, but then I received an incorrect conversion kit. After repeated emails trying to get this corrected, the seller has stopped responding to my emails. Shipping was fast, but if you have problems afterwards no one will help you.
