    I was very pleased to be able to wrap my cord up again on this Kirby G4, and to get the electrical tape off the handle where the top clip was also broken. The new component arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as advertised! This is the same one that was in the picture, and I have to say thank you to this seller for packaging this plastic piece with care and in an appropriate box, so it didn't get damaged in shipping. I will follow this seller and look forward to future purchases.
